Agencio Pricing FAQ
A send credit is counted any time Agencio is used to send a message — this includes automated messages and live messages sent via the Agencio OmniChat inbox. One message sent via Agencio equals one send credit, except for SMS messages, which count as 10 send credits because they cost more to send.
If you find that the send credits on your plan don’t cover your campaigns and incoming messages, that’s awesome. That means that your clients’ customers are chatty and Agencio is making sure no inquiry goes unanswered.
MobileMonkey will ping you to let you know that you have reached your send credit limit and you can upgrade your send credits, or shut off the bot for the remainder of the billing cycle.
