Send Credits are used to track how many messages are being sent by your business(es) across all channels — Instagram, Facebook, Web, and SMS. For more information about send credits, please review the send credit FAQ in our help docs.
It actually costs more to send an SMS message send compared to an Instagram, Facebook Messenger or web chat send. One SMS send requires 10 MobileMonkey send credits. If you have questions about SMS send credits, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you want to upgrade to advanced MobileMonkey features, log in to MobileMonkey and go to My Account > Billing. Then click the “Upgrade” button next to the chatbot you’d like to upgrade or click the button to upgrade to an advanced subscription plan.
Because nobody wants a non-responsive bot on their hands, MobileMonkey will automatically increase the number of sends in your subscription plan if you exceed your message send limit before the end of your billing cycle. View the overage limits and associated pricing here.
